Shipping Terms
Shipping of our products is generally limited to the countries listed below. Depending on the size, weight and dimensions of your order, shipping will be carried out via DHL, GLS or a freight forwarder. You can find the applicable shipping costs in the information below.
Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within mainland Germany, the following applies:
- Free shipping for orders with a gross merchandise value of 49 € or more.
- If the gross merchandise value is below 49 €, we charge a one-time shipping fee of 5.95 €.
Shipping outside Germany
Orders to Austria can now be placed directly via www.bestwaystore.de .
We ship spare parts to selected European countries via www.bestway-spareparts.com .
Currently, spare parts can be shipped to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to any other countries.

Germany
- Free shipping for orders with a cart value of 49 € or more.

Customs Information
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases. We have no influence over these costs and they must be borne by you. These may include, for example, fees for money transfers charged by financial institutions (e.g. bank transfer fees or exchange-rate fees) as well as import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties or import VAT).

Delivery Times
Due to the optimization of our warehouse and our annual inventory, no orders will be shipped between October 2, 2026 and October 18, 2026 inclusive.
Orders can still be placed as usual and will continue to be processed by us. Shipping is expected to resume from October 19, 2026.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Outside the period mentioned above, processing and delivery times depend on the respective shipping provider. Once we have received your payment, we usually dispatch your order within 2–3 business days . As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Depending on the shipping provider, you can then track your delivery online using a link provided by us.
Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination region.
For freight shipments, the freight carrier will usually contact you by email within 2–3 days to provide you with a delivery date or arrange a suitable delivery appointment with you. This helps ensure that the delivery can be planned in advance and that you can be present at the agreed time.
Transport Damage (Parcel Delivery)
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery driver and, if possible, refuse acceptance of the shipment.
Please contact us right away afterwards so we can find a quick solution together. Failing to submit a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory rights or their enforcement (in particular, your warranty rights).
However, you help us a great deal in asserting our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
